Cancellation & Refund Policy
Parts Order Cancellations
• Before Shipment:
Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the parts have been shipped or scheduled for delivery, unless it is a special order part.
• For special order parts, we reserve the right to retain at least 50% of the product price.
• To cancel, please contact us immediately on 01403 782862.
• After Shipment:
If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, it may qualify for a return under our Return Policy.
Trailer Cancellations
• Standard (Non-Custom) Trailers:
Once a trailer has been ordered, a £250 cancellation fee applies. This amount may be retained from your deposit.
• This fee covers administrative and holding costs incurred during the order process.
• Special Order Trailers:
For trailers that are specially ordered or built to unique specifications, the cancellation fee will vary depending on the trailer type and build stage. Please contact us for details.
• Custom-Built Trailers:
Custom trailer orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Cancellations must be made as soon as possible to avoid incurring full charges.
Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Refunds may be subject to processing fees, depending on your payment provider.
