Cancellation & Refund Policy


Parts Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the parts have been shipped or scheduled for delivery, unless it is a special order part.

For special order parts, we reserve the right to retain at least 50% of the product price.

To cancel, please contact us immediately on 01403 782862.

After Shipment:

If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, it may qualify for a return under our Return Policy.


Trailer Cancellations

Standard (Non-Custom) Trailers:

Once a trailer has been ordered, a £250 cancellation fee applies. This amount may be retained from your deposit.

This fee covers administrative and holding costs incurred during the order process.

Special Order Trailers:

For trailers that are specially ordered or built to unique specifications, the cancellation fee will vary depending on the trailer type and build stage. Please contact us for details.

Custom-Built Trailers:

Custom trailer orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible to avoid incurring full charges.


Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Refunds may be subject to processing fees, depending on your payment provider.
