Shipping Policy – Universal Trailers

At Universal Trailers, we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly and efficiently.

Order Confirmation

If you have provided your email address at checkout or during enquiry, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been invoiced. Your items will then be dispatched at the earliest available opportunity.

Delivery Methods & Timescales

• Royal Mail: Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within 1–3 working days.
• Courier/Carrier Services: Larger parcels will be dispatched via a trusted overnight courier service and should arrive within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise specified.
